Sky is The Limit For Senior Citizens

We care for you. If you are above the age of 60 years, please advise us at the time of booking by giving us your date of birth. Our properties have the added benefit for senior citizens by offering an additional 10% discount on accommodation only. Subject to providing relevant ID upon arrival.

Families and Children

For families visiting London, some of our properties are more children friendly than others. Give us your requirements and we will respond with some special deals.


We understand the importance of your leisure time and also your budget. If you are coming to London in a group, we respectfully suggest that you ask your travel organiser to contact us, so that we can arrange special rates for your group.

Reservations made easy

We will make you feel at ease when you place your reservations with us. We provide a personalised service, seven days a week. If you would like to talk to one of our reservation agents, we will be pleased to talk to you from 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday and from 10.00am to 2.00p.m on Saturdays and Sundays (local time).

Value Added Tax (VAT) is currently at 20%. The accommodation charges are subject to VAT at 20% which is a Government Tax and must be paid. Travellers from non-European (EU) countries may claim back VAT at the time of departure at the Airport. However, we do advise you to contact the property at which you are staying and enquire from them the procedure.

Our Performance Standards

You will receive instant confirmation of your reservation, however if you have any further enquiries, we have set out performance standards to ensure that address all your enquiries within 48 hours.

Photo-ID requirement for British Citizen

Any guest who is a British citizen can provide a valid driver's License ( UK & EU License only) or any other ID type with guest photo

Photo-ID requirement for UK Residents

Any guests who are a resident in the United Kingdom must provide a valid passport or national ID cards with photo which states their nationality.

Photo-ID requirement for EU Residents

Guest checking in from any of the European Union countries must provide either the ID card , Passport or EU drivers licence upon check-in.

Photo-ID requirement for NON-UK & EU Residents

Guest who are not from UK or any of the EU countries can only provide a Passport as a valid photo-ID.
